Lester Kan

Lester is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is also the Senior Partner and founder of Lester Dominic Solicitors, a sister company to Lester Dominic Estate Management.

Throughout Lester’s legal career, he has frequently come across landlord and tenant issues. Lester and his firm, Lester Dominic Solicitors, have extensive experience in representing both landlords and tenants.

Throughout his experience, Lester believed that many of these legal issues could be avoided if the properties were managed properly. Lester believes that the pro-active and reconciliatory approach he adopts in the legal field should equally apply in estate management.

Arsalan Nayyar

Arsalan is a Management Consultant and his consulting experience spans over 18 years with major firms such as Accenture and Deloitte Consulting during which time he has advised and consulted the leaderships of private and public sector organisations in business strategy, corporate structuring, process re-engineering and large scale systems implementations.

He has played project management and lead roles on large multi-million dollar projects and has advised the leaderships of big blue-chip enterprises on various corporate functions such as finance & enterprise performance, I.T. strategy, supply chain automation and strategic sourcing, logistics, strategic planning and marketing. The list of international clients includes Fortune 500 names in a variety of industries such as banking, general manufacturing and industrial products, retail, and the Government. Arsalan, along with Lester is the founder of Lester Dominic Estate Management.

Colin Man

Colin is an Incorporated Member of The Chartered Institute of Building. The Chartered Institute of Building is the world's largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership. Colin has extensive knowledge and experience in project management in the field of building and construction.

Colin’s professional career in Building and Construction Management spans over 15 years during which he has been responsible for managing and carrying out work on many famous landmark sites and government buildings across London and the United Kingdom.

Colin’s in-depth knowledge and experience in building and construction workbringsa practical and constructive approach in estate management to Lester Dominic Estate Management.

Asim Aslam

Asim Aslam has been practicing in the legal field for over fifteen years, specialising in Property Law, Civil Litigation and Immigration. Asim is the Senior Legal Executive at Lester Dominic Solicitors, a sister company to Lester Dominic Estate Management. Asim joined Lester Dominic Estate Management as a Director on 1st September 2020.

Asim has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property from acquisition to disposal. His clientele includes individuals, developers and wide- scale businesses dealing within the UK and offshore. Additionally, Asim possesses substantial commercial acumen, having represented private as well as corporate clients in pursuing and defending complex high value claims in litigations and dispute resolution.

From the onset of his legal career, Asim also established expertise in immigration law. Over the years, he has developed a strong following and a wide client-base, successfully assisting them in all aspects of immigration law, dealing with various “Tiers” of the points-based system, and business and nationality applications along with judicial reviews.

Asim graduated in 2006 earning a BSc. in Information Technology, prior to which, he joined a law firm where he was first exposed to the Legal field, and which also motivated him to pursue a law career. Asim passed his GDL from University of Westminster in 2012 and LLM from University of Law with Commendation in 2014. Asim has been enrolled as a CILEx Graduate Member in January 2020 and he has recently successfully passed the Civil Assessment under the Higher Rights Audience Regulations.
